Shipping policy

Gold Club offers flat-rate shipping within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. All packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination.

Orders ship for a flat rate of $8. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. Tracking is included with every shipment.

We do not process or ship orders on major U.S. holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your package is marked as delivered, GOLD CLUB is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates closely.

To update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact support@goldclubjewelry.com immediately. We are unable to make changes once an order has shipped.
